Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Allup Content Engine (“the Service”). By connecting an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose
The Service helps an authorized account owner create, review, schedule, publish, and analyze original social content. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued.
Account authorization
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining account security, reviewing requested permissions, and revoking access when it is no longer wanted.
Content responsibility
You remain responsible for content published through your account and must ensure it is accurate, lawful, and compliant with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, intellectual-property rules, advertising requirements, and applicable law. You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
No guaranteed results
The Service does not guarantee views, followers, revenue, monetization eligibility, or any other business result. Platform algorithms, policies, and audience behavior can change.
Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Publishing or analytics may be delayed or unavailable because of platform limits, review requirements, outages, or API changes.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke TikTok authorization at any time. Access may be suspended if these Terms, platform requirements, or applicable law are violated.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to obad406@gmail.com.
