Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Allup Content Engine (“the Service”, “we”, or “us”) handles information when an authorized account owner connects a TikTok account and uses the Service.

Information we process

We do not ask for or store the user's TikTok password.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the account owner, prepare and publish content authorized by the owner, display publishing status, analyze account-level performance, improve future content decisions, and protect the Service.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the Service, with TikTok as necessary to provide requested TikTok functionality, when required by law, or with the user's direction or consent.

Storage and security

Authorization credentials are kept outside public project files and protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but access is limited to what is needed to operate the Service.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to maintain security, or to meet legal obligations. Authorization data is deleted or made unusable when access is revoked or a valid deletion request is completed, subject to limited legal or security retention requirements.

Your choices and deletion

You can revoke the Service's TikTok access from TikTok's connected-app settings. You can also request access to or deletion of Service-held data by following our data deletion instructions.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
